Efforts by Tokyu Hands to ensure safety

200515_Sign11.jpg We require all staff members to take their temperature and wash their hands before coming to work. 200515_Sign03.jpg All staff are required to wear masks.
200515_Sign13.jpg We have removed some product testers, display samples, and similar items 200515_Sign14.jpg For the time being, we have halted workshops and events.
200515_Sign15.jpg Because we are providing distance between staff working behind counters, we may take more time than usual for some services like gift wrapping and store information. 200515_Sign16.jpg Product ordering, delivery, and similar services may take more time than usual.
200515_Sign17.jpg We will be providing simpler customer service based on short interactions. We may also temporarily suspend some services involving long interactions.
