Could you keep a product on hold for me?
It depends on the product, quantity and period of time, so please inquire at the store where you are going to purchase the product.
I would like to return or exchange a product I purchased.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary products and foods unless the item is defective. For other products, we will decide on our response after we have checked the condition of the product. Please bring your receipt to the store where you made the purchase.
I want you to repair a product I purchased at Tokyu Hands.
We accept repairs at the store counter only. Please note that repairs may take some time because the repair work starts only after we receive the item to be repaired and have an estimate presented by the manufacturer. Please also note that the warranty may not cover certain electrical products if they were used outside Japan, in which case repairs will not be available. For more information, please inquire at one of our stores.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not. (Please check domestic delivery fees at each store.)
Do you sell your products to international customers?
Products listed on our online store can be purchased through buysmart. Products shown on a page that has the "BuySmartJapan" banner at the bottom of the page can be purchased from the country or region
Can I exchange foreign currency into Japanese yen?
No, you cannot.
